this week i want to try all new recipes and see how they go. 1. chicken marsala 2. chicken kiev 2. spaghetti and meatballs (never made meatballs before!)
i am a firm believer in eating in moderation. i follow a 4-5 small meal lifestyle. i purchase only free-range meats and dairy, and try to purchase as much organic and local produce as possible. with some time consuming exceptions-i purchase NO processed foods. i feel that i have found a really good balance of spending at the grocery store and still being able to make great healthy meals that dont take hours to prepare.
